Kaynes Technology manages the entire product life cycle throughout the life of the product. This requires Value Addition in terms of Design support for enhancement of life of the product, Obsolescence management and re-engineering to ensure continuous support to the customer. At the beginning of the contract a separate agreement is made for post warranty services support and we even carry spares for a period of five years beyond the life of the product based on inputs from the customer. Here the concept is of complete support to the product from “cradle to grave”.
Service Level Agreements are drawn up in detail with lead time specified in the beginning of the contract itself.The entire PLC Management Support will be carried out by Kaynes in the Introduction stage, Growth stage, Maturity Stage and EOL period.
